Shared pools carry a different load and a different responsibility to a private garden pool. More swimmers means faster chlorine demand and heavier filter loading, and there is an expectation that water quality can actually be demonstrated rather than assumed.
Being this close to the water also means salt in the air, and it works steadily on pump housings, fixings, light fittings and anything electrical near the pool.
What complicates Green Point specifically is access and plant siting. Pools sit on podium levels and roof terraces with plant rooms tucked into basements or service cupboards, and getting equipment in or a pool drained takes planning rather than improvisation. We look at all of that before quoting so the number you get is the number it costs.
