The slope is the practical reality of every job here. Pools sit on terraces and platforms, plant rooms are often below the pool, and getting materials or equipment to the water can involve stairs rather than a driveway. That shapes what a job costs and how long it takes, and we would rather price it accurately than discover it on the day.
Terraced pools also leak differently. When water escapes on a slope it does not pool at the surface, it runs, and the first sign is often damp or movement in a retaining structure below rather than anything visible at the pool.
Add the salt exposure that comes with being this close to the Atlantic and you have pools that need both careful equipment specification and a genuinely watchful eye on water level.
