The pools face full Winelands heat, so evaporation and chlorine demand run high through summer even on well specified plant.
A good share of these homes are second properties or are let, which means the pool has to be right on arrival rather than on request. We run scheduled visits with photo reports and an agreed list of what we can act on without checking first, so a failed pump in January gets dealt with while there is still a season to enjoy.
