Why a plunge pool suits Cape Town homes

Between the townhouse developments in Century City and Parklands and the tight erven in the City Bowl and Sea Point, a lot of Cape Town gardens simply cannot take a twelve metre pool. Excavation, the shell, plumbing, a correctly sized pump and filter, the electrical connection, coping and the surrounds. On a small volume it is worth doing heating from the start, because a plunge pool is cheap to heat and that is what turns it into a year round feature rather than a summer one.
